A street food kitchen built for Tel Aviv — loud, fast, and open when the city still has energy.
TLV Street Bites opened with one idea: bring the best of Tel Aviv street food under one roof — sabich from the Iraqi market tradition, shawarma from the Levantine grill, and falafel made fresh every hour.
We chose HaCarmel Street because this is where the city eats. Market stalls, spice shops, and late-night crowds all within a few blocks. We fit right in.
Today our crew of twelve runs an open kitchen from lunch through the early hours. No reservations, no fuss — just food that hits hard and keeps you moving.
Three principles that guide every pita, every bowl, every late-night order.
Falafel fried to order. Shawarma sliced off the spit when you arrive. Nothing sits under a heat lamp.
Amba that bites, tahini that flows, spices that wake you up. We don't hold back on the good stuff.
Tel Aviv doesn't sleep early. Neither do we — open until 2 AM on weekends for the night crowd.
After midnight, HaCarmel Street transforms. Bar-hoppers, market workers, and night owls all converge on our counter for shawarma bowls and sabich that taste better at 1 AM.
Our night crew knows the rhythm — fast orders, loud music, and the smell of grilled meat drifting into the street. It's the best shift in the kitchen.
